Steve was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was while working in his father's restaurant business that he developed his customer service approach and philosophy,  He subsequently served 10 years in the United States Air Force serving in the Far East and Vietnam.  Stationed in Las Vegas after serving overseas, he met his wife Charlene in 1972 and have 3 beautiful children.  Steve is certified in commercial sales by the Commercial Real Estate Institute. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1987 and holds a Masters of Public Administration degree.
